Spotter Driver (CDL Required)

We are hiring a Spotter Driver (CDL Required) to support yard operations by safely moving and positioning trailers for loading and unloading. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Move and position trailers within the yard using yard/spotter truck
• Place trailers at docks for loading and unloading
• Perform basic trailer inspections
• Communicate with warehouse and shipping teams
• Follow all safety and DOT regulations
• Maintain yard organization and trailer tracking
Qualifications
• Valid CDL required
• Previous spotter, yard jockey, or CDL driving experience preferred
• Strong safety awareness
• Good communication skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Ability to work outdoors and in a fast-paced environment
