Warehouse General Labor

We are hiring a dependable and motivated Warehouse General Labor associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, be bilingual (English/Spanish), and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive raw materials from multiple suppliers and shipping methods, including LTL, FTL, Ocean Containers, Air Shipments, and UPS/FedEx. • Verify incoming materials against packing lists, purchase orders, and shipping labels. • Allocate and organize materials in designated warehouse locations. • Pick, stage, and prepare materials for shipment to cross-dock operations and customer locations. • Read and understand Bills of Lading (BOL), Packing Lists, and Shipping Labels. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. • Follow company safety procedures and warehouse standards. • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. • Ability to read and understand shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (BOL), Packing Lists, and Shipping Labels. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed. • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. • Forklift experience is a plus.
