We are seeking an experienced Welder to support maintenance and repair of heavy industrial equipment in a fast-paced steel mill environment. This role is critical to keeping operations running safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
• Perform MIG, Stick, and Flux-Core welding on structural steel and mill equipment
• Repair, fabricate, and rebuild heavy industrial components
• Read blueprints and welding symbols
• Assist with equipment installation and maintenance projects
• Follow all safety procedures including lockout/tagout and hot work protocols
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of industrial welding experience (steel mill or manufacturing preferred)
• Ability to pass a welding test
• Experience working in high-heat, heavy industrial environments
• Strong safety mindset and mechanical aptitude
