HVAC TECH & INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair industrial HVAC systems, including large-scale heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues efficiently and implementing effective solutions • Work with high-voltage systems and ensure compliance with all electrical safety standards • Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals • Operate safely at heights using ladders, lifts, scaffolding, and fall protection equipment • Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to support operational goals • Document work performed, including maintenance logs and service reports • Ensure all work complies with OSHA and company safety policies • Identify opportunities for system improvements and energy efficiency

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in industrial HVAC maintenance and repair • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components in an industrial setting • Experience working with high-voltage electrical systems (480V and above preferred) • Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems independently • Comfortable working at heights and in physically demanding environments • Familiarity with safety regulations, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics • Valid HVAC certification(s) preferred (EPA Certification a plus) • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Physical Requirements: • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs • Ability to work in extreme temperatures, confined spaces, and elevated areas • Comfortable standing, bending, climbing, and working extended hours when needed Work Environment: • Industrial setting with exposure to noise, heat, dust, and heavy equipment • Work may be performed indoors and outdoors, including elevated structures ***Weekend, Holidays, Evenings will be required as per company needs*******
