MILLWRIGHT

• Inspect, install, align, dismantle, and repair mechanical systems, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems, gearboxes, motors, pumps, and conveyors. • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize equipment reliability. • Diagnose mechanical failures, identify root causes, and perform corrective actions in a timely manner. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to ensure accurate and efficient work execution. • Operate hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments safely and effectively. • Collaborate with electrical, production, and safety teams to support continuous operations. • Maintain a clean, organized, and 5S-compliant work area, following all safety and environmental procedures. • Participate in ongoing training and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.

• Journeyman-level Millwright certification or equivalent industrial experience required. • Minimum 2 years of millwright or mechanic experience, preferably in a steel or heavy industrial environment. • Strong working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, conveyors, and rotating equipment. • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic failures using diagnostic tools and technical drawings. • Familiarity with 5S, OSHA, and plant safety standards. • Basic welding and fabrication skills PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED. • Flexibility to work weekends, and rotating shifts as needed. ROTATING SHIFT AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED. 1ST, 2ND AND 3RD SHIFTS ROTATING IN 7 DAY STRETCHES WITH 1,2 AND 4 DAYS OFF IN BETWEEN. WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS A MUST. PRE EMPLOYMENT REQUIRES A BACKGROUND, DRUG TEST, PHYSICAL AND HPE.
