Shipping Coordinator

We are hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily shipping activities, scheduling transportation with carriers, and ensuring accurate tracking of all outbound and inbound shipments. This role requires strong communication skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsabilidades principales
• Coordinate daily shipping plans with the logistics and warehouse team.
• Schedule shipments with carriers for all transportation modes, including LTL, FTL, Ocean Freight, and Air Expedites.
• Communicate with carriers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate tracking of finished goods from departure to final delivery.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipment status and resolve any delays or issues.
• Prepare and update shipping reports, KPIs, and operational dashboards using Excel.
• Verify shipping documents such as BOLs, packing lists, and carrier confirmations.
• Support inventory and warehouse coordination as needed.
• Maintain organized records of all shipments and transportation activities.
Requisitos
• Previous experience in logistics, shipping coordination, or supply chain preferred.
• Strong Excel skills (reporting, tracking sheets, KPI dashboards).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of transportation modes (LTL, FTL, Ocean, Air) is a plus.
